Who are we?

Merchant Loan Advance (MLA) is one of the UK’s fastest-growing online business finance brokers, providing a reliable service for hundreds of businesses operating in the UK since 2014. We are a credit broker, not a lender. We do not provide finance directly to clients and at all times, act as an intermediary. As such, we will locate finance providers who are the providers of the appropriate financial services.

www.merchantloanadvance.co.uk is owned and operated by Sorodo Limited. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 08039501.

What products do we offer?

We offer a wide range of commercial finance products, including:

Merchant Cash Advance and Startup Loans

Whose products do we offer?

We only offer commercial finance solutions from a limited number of finance providers. Ask us for a list of the finance providers we offer.

Which service will we provide you?

At Merchant Loan Advance (MLA), we help businesses access commercial finance from a range of finance providers. When you complete our application form, we will match your business to finance providers suitable for your requirements (based on the information you disclose to us). The finance providers will contact you directly.

You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. We may ask some questions to narrow down the selection of financial products that may be available to you. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.

What will you have to pay us for our service?

We do not charge a fee for using our Services or our Site, but we may receive a commission (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow) from finance providers or other brokers for effecting such introductions. The commission amount may vary by finance provider, broker or product. Third-party brokers, however, may charge fees for their own brokerage services, but this will be made clear before proceeding.

The Financial Conduct Authority requires us to disclose the nature of commission in our communications, and, if asked by the customer, the commission amount. The existence and nature of commission arrangements where the commission varies depending on the finance provider, product or other permissible factors will always be disclosed.

If you would like us to disclose any potential commission we earn, please contact us here
