Have you ever had that dream where you’re at work, or in a cafe or supermarket, and when you look down you realise you’re completely naked? If you have you probably woke up in a panic, covering your shame with a pillow.
For some, it’s the ultimate nightmare, but the idea of being nude in public is actually quite appealing for others (it takes all sorts!). For those who are keen on the idea, they’ll be thrilled to learn that they will soon be able to dine out in London’s first naked restaurant, coming in June!
It appears that there are more people out there intrigued by this idea than we thought, as The Bunyadi, which will only be open for three months, already has a 25,000 strong waiting list. The pop-up restaurant will cater for those who prefer their clothes on, but where’s the fun in that?
Their website states that when dining you will be ‘free from phones, electric lights and even clothing (optional) and revisit the beginning where everything was fresh, free and unadulterated from the trappings of modern life.’
The unique pop up comes from Lollipop, the team behind the Breaking Bad-themed cocktail bar that proved extremely popular. If you’re interesting in ditching your jeans and t-shirt and ordering…whatever it is they’re serving, then you might struggle to get a table now, sorry.
Why not organise a nudist barbecue in your garden instead? Probably best to notify the neighbours first.
