Google PPC Side Adverts are going, going, gone
It’s now widely reported that we will no longer see google Adwords on the right hand side of search page results. Since Friday 19th February 2016 only Ads will be appearing at the top and bottom of SERPS results. The search giant has said that it may increase the number of Ads from three to four if the search is ‘highly commercial’.
The roll out is worldwide in all languages and will create more of a mobile look to desktop visitors.
So by having more Ads potentially above your organic listing will mean one thing – your company will drop down the list unless you work harder to remain higher up in the organic listings. SEO companies and individuals will have their work cut out that’s for sure.
The Cost Per Click price will undoubtedly drive the click price upwards too.
